Terms & Conditions
We are committed to make shopping at FirstStyle a friendly and hassle-free shopping experience with us. Therefore it is imperative that you read and understand these terms and conditions before you make your purchase.
Through procuring of our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Delivery
• All items are brand new and in good condition before we mail them out.
• Kindly make sure that address indicated in the confirmation email is accurate.
• All orders are processed within 24 – 36 hours upon verification of payment.
• Delivery is will only be carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays (Singapore)
• FirstStyle will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged mailed out items should you opt for normal postage.
• Meet-ups will only be possible if it is convenient for FirstStyle and are handled at the sole discretion of FirstStyle.
• Postage is charged per item. $1.50 for the first item and $0.50 for every subsequent item.
• Registered mail is available at an additional cost of $2.50 and is encouraged as it is a safer distribution method.
• For purchases above $90 registered mail is complimentary!
• For purchases above $120 regular AND registered mail is complimentary!

Payment
• Only payment through internet banking to POSB savings account (039-25377-1) is available.
• A timeframe of 24hrs will be given for the transfer. Failure to do so will result in voiding of your order automatically and it will be made available to the next person on the waiting list.
• To help us efficiently verify all internet-banking payment, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required (e.g photo of bank slip transfer) upon request. FirstStyle will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect/insufficient payment details provided.

Exchange Policy
• All exchanges are to be done within 14 days after delivery of parcel.
• There are strictly no returns. An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected. Normal postage will be reimbursed for defected/wrong item(s) sent.
• There is strictly no cash refund. Should exact same piece be Out of Stock, store credit will be given.
• Exchanges will only be done if item is unworn and not washed.
• There may be a 0.5”- 1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance will not be considered a defect.
• All exchanges/returns is by way of mail only and is encouraged that it be sent via registered mail. FirstStyle will not process the exchange should item be lost via normal mail.
• All exchanges/returns will be processed at the sole discretion of FirstStyle and FirstStyle has the final say.
